MedSchool HQ sells digital study PDFs. Once files are delivered to your membership, they cannot be returned.

If checkout charged you and you never received access, contact us with your receipt. We will restore access or refund the payment.

Duplicate charges and failed deliveries are refunded in full. Change of mind after download is not.
